Groupon® FAQ's
If you've purchased the Groupon, please follow the link below and fill out the short questionnaire. We will use this to help schedule and fulfill everyone's Groupon. If you don't fill out this form, we have no way of contacting you. We are scheduling sessions in the order you filled out the form.

Can my dog(s) be in the photos as well?
Absolutely. And they don't even count as people. But if you have a small pound at your house, we might need to talk.
What does the Groupon include?
Portrait session, up to 60 minutes ($250), 3 prints-your choice of 8x10, 5x7, 4x6 ($180), 1 - digital file ($150)*. Additional prints may be purchased at 25% off of current pricing. Additional digital files may be purchased at $35 per file. Order must be placed at the same time you pick your Groupon included prints to be eligible for the discount.
*please note the digital file is one (1) image on a cd, not the entire session on cd.
Can I buy this Groupon as a gift for family or friends?
Yes, you can buy multiples to give as gifts. However, Groupons cannot be combined.
What type of sessions is this Groupon good for?
Families, Children, Babies, Couples, Engagements, Headshots, Etc.
Can I use this Groupon for my engagement photos?
Yes! Please contact us for our latest wedding collection information.
Can I use this Groupon for my wedding photography?
No! However, we would be more than happy to discuss our wedding collections with you. Groupon purchasers receive 10% off wedding packages if they book their wedding with us. Wedding must be booked no later than September 30th, 2010 to qualify for the Groupon 10% off special.
Do you have a studio?
No. All of our sessions are on location using natural daylight.
Where will my portrait session take place?
We have a variety of locations picked out for the east valley, west valley, central and north phoenix to choose from. Contact us for date and location availability in your area.
Can my portrait session be held at my home?
This is a common choice among families with small children, as well as in the summer months in Phoenix. For that reason, you can upgrade your Groupon special to a longer, more intimate home session for only an additional $100.
Will you travel to Flagstaff, Tucson or Sedona for my session?
Yes. Please inquire about travel fees.
How long will my session last?
Sessions are up to 60 minutes long.
Can my session be at more than one location?
Due to time constraints we cannot shoot your session at multiple locations. If you feel you’d like more than one location, please contact us for non Groupon rates.
Do you allow for outfit changes?
Again, due to time constraints, outfit changes are not allowed for these sessions.
How soon can my session take place?
We are scheduling sessions to take place beginning July 20th, 2010. Dates are subject to availability. We can not guarantee any specific dates.
How many images from my session will I get to choose from?
You can expect anywhere from 15-20 images.
How long after my session can I order prints?
Images will be available approximately 4 weeks after your photo session. We will then schedule your ordering session where you will choose your prints and digital file.
Can I substitute items? ie: exchange the digital file for a gift print or swap the prints for digital files.
No substitutions of any kind.
Do I have to purchase any additional prints or products?
Of course not! But you will probably want to! For that reason, we've made the deal even sweeter by offering 25% off additional prints and 10% off additional products.
Can I scan, reproduce or email the images from my session?
No! It is against federal copyright laws to do so. But you are welcome to purchase additional digital files. Additional files for this Groupon can be purchased at $35 per file (normally $150).
How soon will I receive my prints once I have placed my order?
Prints will be shipped 4-6 weeks after your order is placed.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your photo session for any reason, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to do so, you will forfeit your Groupon. We understand things come up and we will work with you if we are given proper notice.
When does my Groupon expire?
1 year from the date of purchase (July 4th, 2011). This means that you need to schedule your session to happen BEFORE July 4th, 2011. We encourage you to call or email soon after your purchase to secure your portrait session date in the calendar.
Can I use my Groupon for two 30 minute sessions?
No! You must redeem the full Groupon in one session.
